Leo Sfikas is an automotive sales executive in the automotive industry with decades of experience leading dealerships to top regional and national rankings. Throughout his career, Leo Sfikas has driven operational performance, elevated team talent, and helped achieve record-setting sales results.
His career in sales began at Arrow Chevrolet. Appointed to sales manager, Sfikas helped the dealership reach a No. 3 national ranking. He later joined Schaumburg Jeep, where his leadership contributed to the sale of 302 new Jeeps in a single month. This accomplishment earned the dealership the No. 2 national ranking in retail sales in 1997. In a later role Elmhurst Dodge, he led a team that sold 446 vehicles in one month and achieved a No. 2 national ranking.
In 2003, Leo Sfikas joined Currie Motors Auto Group, where he guided the Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort from 48th in the Chicago Metro region to No. 1 and secured a place in Ford’s 100 Club for seven consecutive years. Under his leadership, the dealership also earned annual recognition as the top 1 F-Series truck dealer across a 10-year period. Sfikas later led Currie Motors Chevrolet into the Elite Dealers Club and helped grow Currie Motors Ford of Valpo from 118th in the region to No. 2 in five years.
